Blatant media bias at the NY Times

There’s no other way to call it.

In a classic example of media bais, the NY Times accepts an op-ed piece written by Barack Obama, then refuses a piece from John McCain.

The op-ed editor offers a condescending, arrogant defense, and even suggests how McCain should write a revision.

This will continue right up until November, folks. The mainstream media is a wholly owned and paid for subsidiary of the Democrat Party, and it’s becoming more and more obvious every day.

Here is the  McCain piece rejected by the NY Times.

There is definately bias in the media.  I've never denied that.  I just found your quote above amusing considering Rupert Murdoch owns almost 200 newpapers worldwide and is considered by many to be the biggest media mogul in the world.  There's absolutely no question that Murdoch's media empire was instrumental in openly promoting the Bush Administration's propaganda in support of war with Iraq.  A few hundred billions dollars later and we are still enjoying what Murdoch's empire assisted in creating.

So what's your point, Josh? There's bias in the media but it's ok because Bush took us to war?

That's your same old tired mantra for almost every blog, Josh. And I know you like to turn every blog into a back and forth debate on the war, but this is about the well-documented media favoritism Obama is getting over McCain.

My point is, Kevin, your old tired mantra of "bias in the media" is well documented becuase you belly ache about it all the time.  This is not news.
