Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: I'm not buying it

Today, the paper bends over backwards to argue that it’s fair and balanced. Managing Editor George Stanley cites some examples and then writes, “In these cases the press, in all its forms, is not leading public opinion but reflecting it.”
Sorry, but as a conservative, I have a hard time finding, with the lone exception of Patrick McIlheran, the Journal Sentinel reflecting my opinion.
The newspaper is flat-out liberal. Just meander over to the Editorial section and you’ll see the Journal Sentinel’s unsurprising endorsement of Barack Obama. Members of the Editorial Board each scored Obama and John McCain on various issues. Total score: Obama 386, McCain 272. Now there’s a shock.
Note to higher-ups at the paper: Stop telling us you’re fair and balanced. Prove it.
If you want a fair comparison between the two candidates, today's Business section in the MJS carries this Wall Street Journal column.
