Pulp Friction: Another Right-Wing MJS Columnist?

(This was going to be my news-breaker for Monday, but apparently the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel has scooped me, by already announcing the addition of another conservative whacko to their lineup.)

MILWAUKEE, WI [ STORY : JSOnline ]  It's a bold move, likely to anger thousands of their liberal subscribers while delighting the dozen or so conservatives left in the state, but the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel has doubled the number of right-wing columnists on staff.

To two.

Okay, technically I'm just going to be what's called a Community Columnist, a part-time, independently contracted, outside contributor whose tenuous association with the prestigious newspaper will only last as long as I manage to:

1)  Assemble cohesive sentences, paying attention to detales and speling;
B) Keep the paper out of court; and
9)  Get the MJS executive bathrooms, and I quote: "as shiny as they day they were built" every weekend.

I think I might have to make coffee too, which I'll likely serve in complimentary DailyScoffee mugs, available on my website for the low, low price of just $4.99 plus shipping and handling.

I've drawn the line at foot massages though.  I mean, I'll do 'em, but no "happy endings".  A man has to have his pride.

The compensation is modest, but knowing that somewhere in a one-bedroom Brady Street efficiency, a dozen tenants in sandals and tie-dye are fuming that my right-wing capitalistic propaganda will be printed on dead trees is, I suppose, reward enough...

Kevin Fischer is off this week.  Gravelle is off too.  Way off.  But he's here, so he's the one writing "This Just In" this week.  Sorry.
